Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you receive. This Return & Refund Policy explains how to return eligible items purchased from BABC Global FZCO and how refunds are processed.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 60 days of the delivery date for most items. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, and in the original packaging where applicable.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@moonwhiteshop.store with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable service. We recommend insuring the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email and process the refund.
Do not return items without contacting us first. Returns sent to the wrong address or without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for a refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products (items printed with names, dates, photos, or custom messages).
- Opened consumable or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. gels, supplements, oral-care items) unless defective.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@moonwhiteshop.store within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos of the item and the shipping packaging.
We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label where available.
- Change of mind / non-defective returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable at purchase) are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you have not received the refund within 15 business days after our confirmation email, please first check with your bank; if still missing, contact us and we will investigate.
7. Partial Refunds
In limited cases we may issue a partial refund (e.g. items returned with obvious signs of use, missing parts not caused by us, or returned after the 60-day window but close to it). We will communicate any partial refund before issuing it.
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To switch to a different item, please return the original (following the steps above) and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered fulfilment. Contact us immediately at info@moonwhiteshop.store. Once an order has shipped, it can only be returned under the process above.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or marked undeliverable and returned to us, we will refund the item price (minus original shipping and any return-shipping fees charged by the carrier). Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
